You could choose the Herald and opt to spec into whatever stats you want. It’s worth point out that, as with every other class in DS3, the Herald is more of a quick-start than a designated role.

While this means you can’t change your mind and unlock it later on down the road, it does add to the ease of access that the Herald class naturally caters to.
